Terms of Use
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Coco PCOS Tracker is owned by Om Tripathi. By using the app you agree to these terms. The short version: the app helps you track and understand your cycle and PCOS symptoms, it is not a doctor, and your data is yours.
1. What the app is
Coco PCOS Tracker is a self-tracking tool for menstrual cycles, PCOS and irregular-cycle symptoms, medications and supplements, manually entered lab markers, and the insights and reports generated from those entries.
2. Not medical advice
- The app does not diagnose PCOS or any other condition, and does not provide medical advice, treatment plans, or clinical recommendations.
- Insights are rule-based observations about patterns in your own logs. They show correlation and sample-size context, not causation, and they can be wrong or incomplete.
- Predictions for irregular cycles are estimates. Do not rely on the app as contraception, as a fertility treatment tool, or as a substitute for medical care.
- Always talk to a qualified clinician about symptoms, medication changes, or lab results. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app. Most features, including PCOS Mode, work without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your data and content
Your entries belong to you. We claim no ownership over your health data. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the features you use, such as computing insights on your device or storing an encrypted backup if you opt in. Handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups where continuity matters to you. Local-first storage means data can be lost if you lose, wipe, or reset your device without backup enabled.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
- Do not use the app to provide clinical services to other people, or to present its output as a medical diagnosis.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or scrape it at scale.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share in community or content features.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through an app store are billed and renewed by that store, and cancellations or refunds are handled under that store’s rules. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to paid features ends when the current period ends.
7. Changes to the app
We may add, change, or remove features, including modes and insight types. If a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give notice in the app where reasonably possible.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on predictions or insights. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time, and delete your data in one tap from the Privacy Center. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The app is owned by Om Tripathi. Questions: itsomtripathi@gmail.com.
